Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia is a leading professional organizations in the development of knowledge and practice of accounting, business management and public, oriented to ethics and social responsibility, and the environment in national and international perspective.

Since its founding 49 years ago, now Ikatan Akuntansi Indonesia has been progressing very broad. This is a natural progression because the accounting profession can not be separated from the business world are experiencing rapid development. One such development is a widespread form of orientation activities profession, no longer solely in the field of accounting education and the quality of accounting work, but also efforts to enhance public trust and role in the formulation of public policy.

Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia as a forum for the accounting profession in Indonesia has always responsive to developments, particularly in matters that affect the business community and accounting profession. It can be seen from the dynamics of development of accounting standards since the founding of IAI in 1957 until now. At least, there are three milestones in the development of accounting standards in Indonesia.

Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia is opening position for:

1. Deputy Director-Technical
2. Manager-IFRS Implementation
3. Manager-Education and Certifications

Requirements:

• Have working experience as a professional accountant and knowledge in accounting field with a proven record of leadership experience.
• Good understanding of Indonesian & International Accounting Standard (IFRS).
• Fluent in English both oral and writing.
• Good communications skill.
• Experiences in report of research writing in English are essentials.
• Strong personality and able to work as a team and independently, positive attitude, excellent communication skill, self-motivated, hard worker & good coordination skill.
• Minimum Sarjana in Accounting from reputable university ( A master degree in Accounting or Business is and advantage).

4. Manager-Public Relation & International Affairs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English both oral and writing.
• Good communication skill.
• Minimum S1 Graduate, overseas master degree is an advantage. Majoring in Accounting, Economy, Communication, Marketing, International Relation, Public Relation, Social studies and other related major.
• Working experience dealing with media, public relation or event organiser is an advantage.
