The position requires extensive competency in conceptual & detailed process engineering design (specification, calculation and datasheet)
  • S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, be fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Minimum 3 years experience as engineer in pump industry or rotating equipment, or in EPC company,
  • Has experience in fire pumps would be advantage
  • Experience in detailed design engineering of pump production. It shall include design of fire pump also the system (included but not only prepare and technical specifications).
  • Familiar with solid work, auto cad 2D and 3 D
Application Engineer (Sales Support Engineer)

To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
  • D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
  • Male or Female, Max. 30 years old
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or having a year experience as sales engineer for mechanical product.
  • Able to work with minimum supervise
  • Self motivated person
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have driving license
  • Staying in area & willingness to travel
  • Ability to learn.
The successful candidates will support our sales engineer, as below:
  • Preparing price list
  • Techno commercial quotations
  • Keep a track of stock levels
  • Studying customer enquiry documents (specifications select the correct product for the required application
  • Also support the sales team for product presentation.

Sales Engineer

To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
  • D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
  • Male, Max. 35 years old.
  • Min. Experience 2 years as sales engineer for mechanical product.
  • Able to work with minimum supervise
  • Self motivated person
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Have driving license A or C
  • Not only administrative work but also ready to handle on hand job.

Engineering Manager (Jakarta Base)

Requirement :
  • Male, with Mechanical Engineer ,Age between 30 to 40 years.
  • Should have experience at least 8 to 10 years in technical area in Pump Industry.
Job description :
  • Product Development
  • Developing complete systems in Engineering Dept.
  • Preparing proper Engineering standards for Production and other related Depts.
  • Technical review of all Contracts
  • Leading a team of Engineers and Draftsman.
  • Responsibility of Bill of Material for all orders.
  • Doing Failure analysis for critical issues.
  • Responsibility of Test bed.
  • Product and Operating Manuals.
PPC MANAGER

Your Tasks:
In the scope of logistics and PPC, you will be responsible for:
  • The data gathering from the sales department,
  • Maintaining the data in the SAP
  • Efficient and economical production,
  • Controlling the flow of materials and production progress
  • Ensuring the flow of information for all the concerned parties
  • Working with production department to arrange and manage production schedule based on customer requirement and production capacity; arranging of weekly and monthly, production scheduling
  • Working with purchasing department for material and purchase planning, and delivery monitoring.
Your Profile:
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:
  • Male, min. S1 degree, prefer in Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in pump, outomotive, electrical industry
  • Should experience from job order, at least 5 years.
  • Possessing the ability to look ahead, organize and coordinate
  • Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning, and also Material Management.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
  • Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
  • Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
  • Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
  • Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
  • Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.

Sr. Service ManagerSr. Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and business development of Services business (non warranty product for pumps, valves and System (include but not only KSB product) within Indonesia Branch.

Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineer or equivalent – minimum 8 years experience as engineer or related work experience. Pump and valve product (centrifugal) and steam knowledge required.
  • Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Ability to work in Team Environment. Must possess strong communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills. Must have ability to develop client relationships, display excellent listening skills, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good English Conversation ( Verbal and written )
  • Willing to be located Cibitung Kawasan Industri MM 2100 (transportation by company bus to and from factory will be provided in certain pick up point)
  • Willing to Travel or removable (2 positions available : Balikpapan and Jakarta)
Sr. Service Manager (After Sales Balikpapan)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participate in customer visits to gain understanding of customer’s environment and use of our products and services. Use this knowledge to recommend service enhancements thus improving customer satisfaction by enhancing the value provided to the customer.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Possesses strong knowledge in multiple areas that are relevant to the Pump and Valve’s service and directly affects overall support success.
  • Provide strong business and technical subject matter knowledge.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results for clients.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge across multiple products required for resolution of customer problems/issues.
  • Responsible for the quality, magnitude and effectiveness of business relationships between KSB Indonesia and the customer.
  • Expands the range of services KSB Indonesia offers the customer, increasing the depth and breadth of KSB Indonesia service offerings employed in the customer’s business..
  • Keeps informed of major situations (internal and external) affecting service to the customer and ensures all aspects of customer satisfaction.
  • Handles complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Evaluates the feasibility of the Service Request and provides an impact assessment, possible solutions and an estimate of the effort required to complete the Service Request.
  • Perform detailed analysis to define, understand, document and validate requirements.
  • Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders. Advises senior management on capability and risk. Identifies and recommends contingency measures.
  • Aid in the research and resolution of application production issues.
  • Monitor and follow-up with open issues until issue is closed.
  • Serve as the customer liaison on service issues; providing technical expertise and coordinating with the appropriate internal support organizations to ensure timely customer updates, responses and trouble resolution is achieved.
  • Coordinate customer communications during service outages and high severity issues.
Job Requirements:
